1. Introduction

InnerTrail Sweden is a retreat concept operated by Friluft Sweden in Storån, Ytterhogdal, Central Sweden. We offer space, tranquility, and the opportunity to experience Swedish friluftsliv in all seasons.

All retreats offered under the name InnerTrail Sweden are organized by Friluft Sweden, and these terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

 

2. Travel Guarantee

InnerTrail Sweden offers retreat packages that fall under the EU Package Travel Directive.

A mandatory Swedish travel guarantee (Resegaranti) is arranged with Kammarkollegiet for such package trips.

Once the guarantee is approved, this information will be published on the website. Until then, accommodation and activities are offered separately.

 

3. Reservations

Reservations can be made via the InnerTrail Sweden website, by email, or by phone.
After confirmation, a 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.

 

4. Payment

Payments are made via bank transfer.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

 

5. Cancellation & Changes

  • More than 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount (deposit) is due.
  • 30 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is due.
  • 14 days to the day of arrival: 75% of the total booking amount is due.
  • No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due.

Substitutes/participants may be allowed in consultation with the organizer.
We strongly recommend all participants have appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.

In the event that Friluft Sweden cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, all amounts paid will be fully refunded.

 

6. Accommodation

Accommodation is provided at Friluft Sweden, Storån, Ytterhogdal.
Arrival and departure times are coordinated individually with the retreat leaders as part of the program.

Please leave the accommodation tidy. Any damage or loss may be charged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.

 

7. Liability

Friluft Sweden is responsible for the correct execution of all booked services in accordance with the EU Package Travel Directive.

We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided by the participant, force majeure, or damages caused by the participant or third parties.

Participation in outdoor activities during InnerTrail Sweden retreats is at your own risk.

 

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through InnerTrail Sweden retreats is processed by Friluft Sweden solely for the purpose of booking and organizing the retreat. Personal information is never shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the services.

9. Governing Law
